ADGA202: Advanced Modeling II – Organic Modeling

An advanced class in working with character development, creation, and implementation for game and film pipelines. Focus is placed on both software modeling tools and artistic sculpturing talent.

Look Development for Games

ADGA203: Look Development for Games

This module explore more complex forms of textures, materials, and Look Development techniques. Employing a variety of pipeline, students will generate materials, shaders and Lighting design for use in real-time game engines.

Procedural Modeling and Animation

ADGA204: Procedural Modeling and Animation

This module will broadly investigate ways to analyze, design, and implement procedural approaches for modeling and animating 3D objects and environments, as well as their behaviors. Procedural modeling and animation techniques allow animators to create environments of limitless complexity.

ADGA205: Virtual Environments

This module is an introduction to virtual reality and virtual environments using Game Engines. Topics covered will include Emerging Technology Like AR/VR, 3D Content Creation, interactions and applications of VR.

Students are encouraged to apply their problem-solving skills and critical eye to the various aspects of asset creation from pre-production through completion. This course focuses on performing successfully while managing all the variables of a final project.

Under faculty supervision, students will review, revise, and refine previous deliverables based on peer and faculty evaluation, and create a portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of industry standards and expectations applicable to Game Industry.

As a lead lecturer in US institutes, Rajesh has successfully trained students for employment in animation and creative arts industry for companies such as Electronic Arts, Bungie Studios and Gulfstream Aerospace. Some institutions he has lectured in include, Career Education Corporation in Orlando, Florida and Brown College in Minneapolis, USA.

Mr. Khan has experience working in one of the biggest Internation Game Studios, Ubisoft publishing AAA game titles. Currently a Lead Artist at IGG, he specializes in creating high quality assets for game specialties: Skilled in 3d modeling, UV, texturing, 3d Digital sculpting, Character Illustrations, Game Pipeline Integration and Next Gen Game Pipelines. Khan started his journey with a Diploma in 3D Digital Design & Visual Effects from 3D Sense. He has worked on games like – Ghost Recon Online, Ghost Recon Phantom, Assassins Creed Origins and the latest, Skulls & Bones.

Zaki brings with him more than 18 years of experience in various creative industries, from illustration to animation. Zaki has been a valuable addition to various companies such as Scrawl Studios and Chip & Toons taking up the responsibility of Animation Director in both places. In addition to his illustrious career, Zaki has also been published 5 times – with his latest comic, Badang, being a historical comic based on the Second World War in Singapore. Zaki completed his formal education with MAGES Institute of Excellence, graduating with a Diploma in Entertainment Design.

  • GCE ‘O’ Level English – Requires a minimum of C6 English grade
  • OR Pass interview with the Academic Director and assessment by Academic Board (if student does not meet the above English requirement)
International Students
  • IELTS 5.5
  • OR Other equivalent qualifications where the medium of instruction is English
  • OR Student may attend additional English classes and pass at the equivalent of upper intermediate level (if student does not meet any of the above English requirements)
