Augmented Reality is being used in many fields now, including Games, Automobile industry, healthcare, architecture, marketing, media etc. In the Augmented Reality Course by MAGES Institute, learner’s will understand the foundational knowledge of AR and VR and identify its benefits for real-world applications. By the end of the AR Class, the learner would have developed a working prototype of an Immersive AR application based on a concept. Some concepts from the contributing field of interaction design will be also introduced in the context of augmented reality. Not only will students be able to identify the specifications and configurations of hardware and platforms required to develop an immersive application, but also combine the principles of design with the principles of interaction to create appropriate interaction experiences. At the end of this program, each learner will be awarded a certificate of completion.

SHORT COURSE OVERVIEW

Dive into the world of Augmented Reality (AR) Design with our comprehensive 6-week course. Under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, you’ll master the art of creating immersive AR experiences, seamlessly merging digital elements with the physical world.

 

From understanding AR fundamentals to applying Generative AI for enhanced creativity, you’ll develop a robust AR project, showcasing your problem solving and conceptualisation skills. By the end of the course, you will build a working prototype of an AR application!

Rajesh Chakravarthy has worked in digital art and design for the past 18 years (stationed as an educator within various creative media and tech schools for 9 of those years) and is a veteran AR/VR developer and an Unreal Engine Authorised Instructor.  His leadership has led many students to successful careers within prominent companies around the globe. Rajesh’s research and hard work has made great strides in Augmented and Virtual Reality, as he intersects design, technology, and business through his many ventures in prototyping and education.
