We’re excited to welcome aspiring artists, tech enthusiasts, and game changers from around the world. Whether you’re fresh out of school or a working professional ready to pivot into a creative-tech career, our international admissions process is designed to support you every step of the way.
STEP 1: Pre-Course Counselling
Once you enquire, you’ll be invited to book a Pre-Course Counselling Session with one of our Course Counsellors. This is your opportunity to get personalized guidance, clarify doubts, and choose the program that aligns with your goals.

STEP 2:Submit Your Application
After selecting your course, submit the MAGES Student Application Form along with the following documents:
- Passport (photocopy)
- Birth Certificate
- Academic Certificates and Transcripts (notarized & translated if not in English)
- One recent passport-sized photo (white background)
- Portfolio (if applicable)
- Financial proof (bank statements/savings/fixed deposits)
- For minors:
- Parent’s Employment Letter
- Photocopies of parent’s passport

STEP 3: Application Review
Our Admissions Team will carefully review your application and documents. If you meet all the eligibility requirements, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer (LOO) via email.
STEP 4: Accept the Offer
To confirm your spot, sign the Letter of Offer and email it back to our Admissions Team at admissions@mages.edu.sg.
International applicants will also need to begin the Student Pass process with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore.
STEP 5: Student Pass Application
MAGES will apply for your Student Pass on your behalf through the ICA system. You’ll need to provide:
- Form e16
- Form V36
Once ICA approves your application (typically within 4 weeks), you’ll receive an In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter, which serves as your entry pass into Singapore.
⚠️ Note: Student Pass holders are not permitted to work or engage in business activities while studying. MAGES emphasizes a strong academic commitment.
STEP 6: Contract Signing & Course Fee Payment
Once the LOO is signed and the admission fee is received, MAGES will issue the following documents to the student:
- Advisory Note (Form 12)
- Standard PEI Student Contract
- After you’ve accepted your offer:
- MAGES will issue:

- You’ll be required to:
- Sign and return the documents
- Pay your course fees as outlined in Schedule B of the contract

Fee Protection Scheme (FPS):
Your fees are protected under the FPS, with Liberty Insurance Pte. Ltd. as our appointed provider. Learn more about FPS

Pre-Departure Checklist
Plan to arrive in Singapore at least 10 days before your course starts to complete your medical check-up and collect your Student Pass from ICA.
Before You Travel:
- A valid passport (minimum 6-month validity)
- Original academic transcripts and certificates
- Confirmed accommodation (Need help? 📧 enquiry@mages.edu.sg)
- Singapore currency for initial expenses
- Regular medication & doctor’s prescriptions (if required)
