Welcome to MAGES Admissions for Local Students! We aim to help students and professionals in Singapore get a top-notch education in art, technology, and gaming. This section will walk you through the admissions process to join our MAGES community, providing step-by-step guidance.

STEP 1. Pre-Course Counselling

After enquiring with us, interested applicants are required to book a pre-course counselling session with our Course Counsellors. These counselling sessions aim to provide students with guidance, allowing them to make an informed decision.

STEP 2. Application Submission

Once the applicant has decided on the course they want to pursue, they must submit the completed MAGES Student Application Form to MAGES with the following documents:

  • Photocopy of Passport, Birth Certificate, Highest Education Qualification Certificates/Transcripts of Records*
  • One recent colored passport-sized photograph with a white background
  • Portfolio (if required)
  • Parent’s Employment Letter (required for minors only)
  • Parents Passport showing full particulars (required for minors only)

Notes:

  1. A notarized and translated copy must be provided if the document is not in English.
  2. Applicants will also be required to pay an application fee, please see Fee Details on the respective Diploma Program pages for more information.
  3. Application fees can be made payable via cash, NETS, Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

STEP 3. Application Evaluation

After the processing of application forms, the MAGES Admissions Team will check all the information, documents and student eligibility to take the course. On successful evaluation of application documents and eligibility, applicants will receive a “Letter of Offer (LOO)" of the program for their acceptance.

STEP 4. Acceptance of Letter of Offer

To accept the "Letter Of Offer (LOO)", applicants need to sign and email us a scan of the same to our Admissions Team at admissions@mages.edu.sg.

STEP 5. Contract Signing and Course Fee Payment

Once the LOO is signed and the admission fee is received, MAGES will issue the following documents to the student:

  • Advisory Note (Form 12)
  • Standard PEI Student Contract

The applicant is required to accept and sign the contract, He/She is also advised to pay the Course Fees according to Schedule B  (Course Fees and Installment Schedule) in the Standard MAGES Student Contract.

  • Course Fees can be made payable via NETS, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card.
  • MAGES Institute of Excellence has adopted the Fee Protection Scheme(FPS) and appointed Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd as its FPS Insurance Provider.
