Motion Design Advanced Classes by MAGES Institute introduces the theory and production of 2D graphical elements for multiple platforms. Here, design projects are analysed according to their conceptual and graphical composition and are developed to creatively communicate a message to a specific audience. The after effects advance classes will focus on creative brief and idea generation. You’ll also develop an understanding of graphic design principles in motion graphics and will be awarded with a certificate of completion after the 30 hour course is completed.
COURSE OVERVIEW
This course covers the theory and production of animated 2D graphical elements for broadcast media across multiple platforms. Concept, research, design and pre-production techniques for motion graphics projects are covered, focusing on animating with typography, graphic symbols, shapes, and colors.
Design projects are analyzed according to their conceptual and graphical composition and are developed to effectively and creatively communicate a message to a specific audience.

- Apply Creative Storytelling techniques to produce storyboards that communicate sequential narration with accurate perspective and placement of characters.
- Integrate the use of design, typography, sound, space, timing, and animation within motion pieces for effective storytelling.
