This course aims to satisfy the industry needs of skilled workforce in the areas of Augmented Reality Development for the following sectors: Games, Automobile Industry, Healthcare, Retail, Tourism, Real Estate, Architecture, Education(Training and Development), Art and Design, Marketing, News and Journalism, Media.
In this course, learners understand the foundational knowledge of AR and VR and identify its benefits for real-world applications. Concepts from the contributing field of interaction design will be also introduced in the context of augmented reality. By the end of the course, the learner would have developed a working prototype of an Immersive AR application based on a concept.

Developing an AR Immersive Application
Explain the foundational knowledge of AR and VR and identify its benefits for real-world application
Deconstruct an Immersive Augmented Reality application
Create user stories and storyboards to transform information about user needs into design concepts
Develop interface wireframes to concretize the design and enable early user testing
Identify the specifications & configurations of hardware and platforms required to develop an Immersive Application
Combine the principles of design with the principles of interaction to create appropriate interaction experiences
Demonstrate understanding of relationships between sound and visuals when creating Immersive AR Applications
Develop a working prototype of an Augmented Reality Application based on a concept
Learn to develop Immersive AR applications in the context of a real-time game engine
