WHY

Established in 2010, MAGES Institute is a Private Education Institution in Singapore offering specialised tertiary-level training in the ART and TECHNOLOGY verticals. For more than fourteen years, we have been shaping the next generation of game designers, concept artists, 3D modellers, AR and VR developers, full-stack engineers, and creative technologists.

Recognised internationally, MAGES is ranked among the Top 50 Creative Schools worldwide (The Rookies 2025) and Top 10 Concept Art Schools globally (The Rookies 2025). Our mission is simple: to combine creativity and technology in a way that empowers students to become skilled creators who provide real value to the world.

Our instructors are active practitioners, educational thinkers, and researchers with backgrounds across AAA game studios, tech start-ups, production houses, and R&D labs.

Students learn from mentors who understand industry expectations and provide guidance that is relevant, practical, and sharply focused on employability. Our faculty includes leaders such as Kingston Chan, formerly from FZD School of Design, and Jeffrey Jiang, CEO of Touch Dimensions Interactive.

Beyond the Classroom: MAGES Studio & Mile 3 Finally

MAGES is not only an education provider. It is a community that believes in creativity with impact.

MAGES Studio, founded by our alumni and faculty, develops applied games, AR and VR experiences, and technology solutions that serve communities and organisations. It demonstrates how creative skills can drive meaningful global change.

We also co-created Mile 3, a creative technology incubator. Mile 3 is where ideas are transformed into real projects through experimentation, teamwork, and innovation.
