Course Advisor

MAGES is looking for a Course Advisor with sales experience-ideally from the services or education sector-to promote creative tech programs to both local and international markets.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, service-oriented individual who enjoys connecting with people and guiding them toward informed education decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement: Proactively engage and qualify prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.

Information Provider: Provide accurate, up-to-date information on courses, admission requirements, and career pathways.

CRM Management: Maintain and update student records in the CRM system with accuracy and professionalism.

Follow-ups: Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups in accordance with company guidelines.

Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve enrolment targets and provide regular progress updates.

Event Representation: Represent MAGES at external events (education fairs, exhibitions) and internal events (Open Houses, workshops). Note that weekend participation is required when scheduled.

Brand Ambassadorship: Support event operations and uphold a professional brand image during public engagements.

Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving student enrollments for our Diploma and short course programs, particularly in our Tech and Creative disciplines. You will engage, consult, and guide prospective students through their educational journey, from initial inquiry to successful onboarding. This role requires a proactive approach to lead follow-up (from social media, events, and referrals) and active participation in education fairs, school visits, and weekend events. Collaboration with the team to expand both local and overseas student pipelines is key, alongside providing valuable market insights and feedback on student interest and market trends.

We are looking for an individual with a proven sales or student recruitment background, a strong sales-oriented mindset, and impeccable integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, coupled with a genuine desire to empower students in achieving their goals. Familiarity with Private Education Regulations (CPE/PEI/EduTrust). Willingness to travel for road shows, events, and overseas missions is required.
