AI agents are rapidly transforming how businesses automate decisions, optimize operations, and deliver smarter services. This course empowers professionals to understand, design, and deploy AI agents for real-world applications.

 

Learners will explore how rule-based systems, reasoning flows, and agent logic can be applied to real-world business scenarios. Through hands-on prototyping, they will design and test agent workflows for use cases such as task routing, customer support, content generation, and more.

 

Designed for professionals in business, operations, or innovation roles, the course bridges conceptual understanding with practical application—equipping participants to integrate intelligent automation into their workflows and support sustainable transformation.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: Windows/Mac Laptop no older than 2017

AWARD: Statement of Attainment and Certificate of Completion

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be at least 18 years old with N Level education, English proficiency, and WPLN Level 6 or above. Basic computer skills and ability to use word processing and presentation software are required; no prior work experience needed.

Rajesh Chakravarthy has worked in digital art and design for the past 18 years (stationed as an educator within various creative media and tech schools for 9 of those years) and is a veteran AR/VR developer and an Unreal Engine Authorised Instructor.  His leadership has led many students to successful careers within prominent companies around the globe. Rajesh’s research and hard work has made great strides in Augmented and Virtual Reality, as he intersects design, technology, and business through his many ventures in prototyping and education.

With more than 18-year background in digital art, Rajesh Chakravarthy, an AR/VR expert and authorized Unreal Engine Instructor, spent 9+ years as an educator. His leadership resulted in students securing roles in global companies.
Rajesh’s pioneering work in AR/VR, blending design, tech, and business, is evident in his prototyping and educational endeavours.
